Trailname Backstroke Sierra Shuttle List- 2023

Drivers are listed loosely in order from area served north down to south. All of these are for the eastside of the Sierra along Highway 395:

Lou Hill is a retired fireman operating out of Bridgeport. He likes to stay closer to the trailheads in the north. He is accommodating and his rates are super reasonable. Sometimes his cell coverage is spotty but he will return voicemails ASAP once in range. Email: louhill49@yahoo.com. Cell: (209) 329-4745. CONFIRMED ACTIVE 2023

There are a few taxi services in Mammoth, but I have not used them:

Robert Brence has a 4WD Lexus that can take up to 5 people, and he seems more willing than most drivers to go to difficult dirt-road trailheads. He can go anywhere but primarily serves the Mammoth/Bishop trailheads. He has all permits. https://www.sierrashuttleservice.com/ Cell: (760) 914-2746. CONFIRMED ACTIVE 2023
